Baseball World Series Tickets: 5 Reasons Why You Should Order Yours In Advance
By Steve Hall
Since 1846 when regular began with the 1st fixture between the Knickerbockers and the New York club , the game has come a long way.

At present the game reigns supreme, and by a wide margin! Should you be a fanatic follower of the game, inexpensive tickets are required, because you expect to be attending the maximum number of matches you can, without having to pay the earth for it. These then are 5 reasons why you should book your tickets to this season's games ahead of time:

1. buffs in Chicago have particular reasons for wanting to follow a sport that is as quintessentially representative of America as Chicago is. The establishing of the Museum was to make sure we do not stop thinking about how much the city has contributed to baseball. (Although, forgetting it is virtually impossible, with names like Paul Konerko, Carlos Zambrano, Minnie Minoso and Ernie Banks lighting up the history of the game.

The city is the only one which has 2 official Major League sides: Chicago White Sox in the American League, and Chicago Cubs in the National League. Specifically, Chicago Cubs, need mentioning for their stunning performance in the National league this year.

2. When the LA Dodgers thrashed the Rockies 8-2 recently, it reminded us of what a powerful team the Dodgers have been in baseball, over the years. Right now at the number 2 spot in the National League West table and hotly pursuing the leader, they are strong competitors to reckon with. In 2004, when they took home the West Division Cup, they revived hopes of a repeat of their best year, 1988. In that year, the Dodgers won the National League and the World Series.

3. People in New York, above all, would be loathe to miss watching the all-conquering Yankees.

You wouldn't be lying if you were to portray the Yankees as the most successful team in the game's history. With 39 American League and 26 World Series wins in the bag, they will hope to reclaim the East Division trophy this time after losing it for the first time in a decade, in 2007.

4. The Washington Nationals is fairly new to the league, having been transferred from Montreal, Canada just 3 years back. Even as their progress in the league could have been more impressive than we have seen, the 2007-2008 off-season saw two very talented players, Elijah Dukes and Lastings Milledge, become team members. The new faces are expected to give the team a fillip over the next couple of seasons. With their avowed aim of making Washington the city round which revolves, the Nationals have made sure of much inquisitive attention from ardent followers of the game.

5. This year's World Series is just months away. You would hate to find yourself high and dry not having tickets in October 2008, four months from now when the best-of-seven games get under way. Particularly if your favorite team is one of them.

You need not move out of your home, this year, to purchase the tickets you need. They can be bought, on the net, for all games, whether regular season or post-season.

Whether you are a fan of Yankees, Red Sox, or Mets, or just a Fan, get great cheap tickets to all of the games you want to be at www.eMLBticket.com .Steve Hall is a Youth Coach and Enthusiast who wants to do everything he can to increase the game's popularity.
